Plenty of natural light, blackout curtains in bedrooms. Although bedrooms are not huge, the extra dressing area in the connecting bathroom offers 150 extra sq.ft. to the bedrooms. Owner pays sewer, water, trash, wifi. Electric and gas shared with owner and attic apartment. Refundable damage deposit is $500 per month or up to a maximum of $1500 for your stay. No pets. No smoking inside. You are welcome to have plants outside. Landscaping for this home is scheduled for the Spring of 2026. There is no garage space available, but plenty of outside parking .

The space

The couch in the living room pulls out into a queen bed, increasing the total sleeping capacity to six. There is an enclosed porch area leading into the home for muddy boots, hanging up coats, and sitting in for morning coffee while watching the deer roam by. This is an up and down duplex. There is an attic apartment above. No access between the two units.
