Beautiful and Spacious large home located across from Saratoga Lake. This home has four bedrooms one downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs. The whole house is available or individual rooms can be rented. This home is fully furnished including linens and bedding. There are two bathrooms in the home and they are equipped with soap, shampoo and toilet paper. Full kitchen with all utensils, glasses, dishes, with a Kurig and coffee pot. There is a washer and dryer in the home for your use as well. Room 1: Is on the first floor across the hall from the first floor full bath. It has a large closet and a queen size bed and dresser. This room is available for $1000/month. Room 2 & Room 3: Both rooms are on the second floor. Both have a queen size bed, coat closet and dresser. Each room can be rented for $900/month. Room 4: This room is on the second floor with a private entrance outside. There is a queen size bed, 2 twin beds, a dresser, end table and an armoire with no closet as well as a 40" smart TV and ceiling fan. This room is $1200/month. Each room has a secure lock to ensure privacy. The common areas including both full bathrooms, kitchen, family room, living room and dining room are shared by all guests. Visiting nurses and physicians are encouraged to book with us. There are currently no gender restriction, however that can be discussed at the time of booking. Saratoga Hospital is 9 miles and a 20 minute drive. Glens Falls Hospital is 30 minutes and a 25 mile drive. Ellis Hospital is 35 minutes and a 19 mile drive. Albany Medical Center and St. Peter's Hospital are 35 miles and a 40 minute drive.

The space

Off street parking for 4 vehicles, lake access is available for canoes or kayaks. 30 miles north of Albany and 30 miles south of Lake George and the Adirondack Mountains, ideal for hiking and skiing. Lawn care, snow removal from the driveway, trash pickup, internet and utilities are included.
