It's fully furnished and thoughtfully arranged, and it has everything you need for everyday living, plus a few extras for comfort and convenience. This is a single-story ranch with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one on the main floor and another fully functional one in the basement near the laundry area. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, blackout shades, two nightstands with lamps, a walk-in closet, a large dresser, and a Smart TV. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, regular shades, two nightstands with lamps, large dresser, and a standard closet. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The upstairs bathroom has a single vanity with a bathtub/shower combo. The full kitchen is stocked with a fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher, ceiling fan, and connects to a dining room with a table that seats 6 people (two extra chairs are stored in the closet if needed). The living room has a sofa, reclining chair, window seating area, rug, smart TV, ceiling fan and a working fireplace for cozy nights. Downstairs, the full basement offers tons of storage space and houses the second bathroom and laundry. Renters won't have access to the garage, but there's a backyard shed available, along with closet space throughout the home. Hiking gear like backpacks and walking sticks, pickle ball and golf equiptment, and home exercise equiptment are available too, and can be discussed when signing the lease. The backyard is fully fenced with a latching gate and has raised garden beds, a paved patio with outdoor seating, and a big tree that adds shade and fall color. An above-ground swimming pool is closed for winter but will be open in the spring. You can park up to three cars in the driveway. Water and trash/recycling fees are included in the rent. Pets are allowed with a refundable $250 deposit. Key handoff and security setup can be arranged at lease signing.
