A newly built studio cottage in Saugerties, finished in 2026 and furnished for a month or a season. One queen bed, a teal loveseat, a drop-leaf dining table for two, and an electric fireplace for winter nights, all under the butterfly-wallpaper gable. The kitchenette has a gas range and oven, a full-size fridge, a microwave, a drip coffee maker and a Nespresso, plus everyday cookware and dishes. The bathroom has a rain shower with unlimited on-demand hot water. Utilities are included: heat and AC (a cold-climate mini-split), electric, fast Wi-Fi (about 390 Mbps) and trash. Keypad entry, parking in the shared driveway, and a level entry with no stairs. One dog is welcome (no cats). About 5 minutes to NY Thruway Exit 20, a short drive to Saugerties village, and about 15 minutes to Woodstock, Kingston and HealthAlliance Hospital. A good fit for a travel nurse, a remote worker, or someone between homes.

The space

Studio for 1-2 people (about 280 sq ft). No washer/dryer; there's a laundromat in Saugerties village, and mid-stay cleans can be arranged. The shower opening is a little narrower than standard. The cottage sits on Route 212, so expect some daytime traffic sound, and the fire station on the corner sounds a daytime siren. It shares a driveway and courtyard with a sister studio and a long-term tenant in the front house.
