Charming home minutes outside of the city in a quiet neighborhood nestled along the Duwamish River. The house sits above the road that runs along the river. River is full of salmon, beaver, river otters, seals, and sea lion. Peaceful area to walk. Bike trail along river connects with Interurban South Trail, Green River Trail and Springbrook Trail. House is two minutes from I-5, Hwy 99, and Boeing Field Seattle. 13 minutes from downtown Seattle and from Southcenter Mall. 2.3 miles away from closest light rail station. 2.5 miles away from closes grocery store. House has full-size bed. House has side deck and large front porch to enjoy the space. 42" TV has Xfinity's Roku equivalent. . House is warmed and cooled by heat pump with A/C. I worked at Swedish Hospital for 12 years and the house was an easy drive to "pill hill". I have always considered the neighborhood my little pocket of peace. Downtown Seattle is just 15 minutes away, but it nicely does not feel that way. This house would be best with person with car as light rail is not walking distance. No smoking of any kind anywhere on propery.
