This cozy living space features two comfy love seats (w/ottoman) - both convert to twin pull-out beds; a beautiful large desk space that can easily be used as a dining table; a flat screen TV; free high-speed wifi internet; black-out curtains, and access to Netflix, Hulu, and Apple TV. The entire home is heated and cooled with a brand new, wall-mounted heat pump, offering warm and toasty heat in the winter and cooling A/C in the summer! There is a king sized bed with "Casper" mattress and luxurious linens for your sleeping comfort. We will provide you with high thread count sheets and cozy, fresh bedding and towels. You will love the fully stocked kitchen if you plan on making your own meals. You'll find modern appliances and lots of cooking tools in this bright and happy space. There is a bar area between the kitchen and living area that offers easy sitting and eating space for up to four. Spices and basic oils are provided too. Stackable washer and dryer are easily accessible right off the kitchen area, and separated by a pocket door. Laundry cleaning supplies are offered for your convenience. The bathroom is cheery and bright, stocked with earth friendly soaps and lotion! You'll find a large shower (no tub) with complimentary shampoo and conditioner. This home is best suited for a max of 2 adults, but a couple of small kiddo's are welcome too. One smaller pet is welcome with a pet fee. We have a couple of dogs on the property now, but both pet spaces have separate fenced areas without any shared fencing.
