House · 1,100 sq ft · 1 bed · 1 bath · No pets allowed.

There is a guest room and bath, living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room and a den. We have the master bedroom but would prefer if it isn't used. There is a queen sized bed in the guest room. Total use of the rest of the house. We purchased the property six years ago and have renovated all. Very comfortable and warm. Bright and sunny rooms. Quite private . There are three steps into the property. The plowing is included in the rental price. This house is a must see.

The space

It is a house. You will be the only occupant. Utilities are included. We would like a six month lease if possible but would certainly consider working with you.
