Condo Details: THREE-MONTH MINIMUM lease required WITH approval from condominium association. There is a $100 non-refundable background check. Bedroom: A king size bed in the bedroom (w/new mattresses), dresser, two night stands and big walk in closet. Bathroom: Tub/shower 600 Sq ft - A/C All new appliances, decor and furnishings. Furnished sheets, towels, dishes, pots and pans, coffee pot, blender, toaster, etc Cable, Wifi, Smart Tv . Laundry is located on 2nd floor right next to the elevator. One assigned parking space. No smoking allowed in the unit. Guest can come visit for one week, with guest parking pass.
