Rent One Bedroom or Both The listed rate of $900 per month is for one private bedroom with one twin-size bed, suitable for one person. The bedroom with bunk beds is available for $1,300 per month You may rent one private bedroom or both bedrooms, depending on availability. If you rent one bedroom, another guest may occupy the second bedroom, and the kitchen, dining area, living room, and bathroom will be shared. Renting both bedrooms gives you private use of the entire upstairs apartment. Please contact us for pricing and availability for either option. One bedroom includes a comfortable queen-size bed, while the second has bunk beds and a roll-out mattress. Both bedrooms include dressers for your belongings. Heating, window air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a 60-inch TV with Netflix are provided. Kitchen and Household Amenities The kitchen includes an electric stove and oven, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, kitchen knives, and a cutting board. A Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods, ground coffee, and mugs are provided. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for four or relax in the furnished living room. The bathroom has a stand-up shower. Fresh towels, soap, body wash, toothpaste, and toilet paper are provided. Parking and Outdoor Space Off-street driveway parking is available.
