Bedroom 01 is a comfortable, private upstairs room in a quiet singlefamily home. This room shares a full bathroom with Bedroom 02, which includes a showertub combination and is maintained to a high standard. The room is ideal for travel nurses, contractors, and professionals seeking a calm, wellorganized environment. Guests have full access to the shared kitchen, dining area, and living room, which includes a large television, DVD player with classic movies, wine rack, and game consoles. Essential items such as linens, towels, a fullsize ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full refrigerator with filtered water, induction stovetop with double ovens, dishwasher, microwave, KitchenAid mixer, Vitamix blender, and garbage disposal. Containers are available for weekly meal prep and togo meals. Laundry facilities are located on the main level. The shed is shared and includes tools, an auxiliary topaccess freezer, and space for bicycles or storage; please note it is not climatecontrolled. The home uses renewable energy via solar panels on the southfacing roof, and a shared gas grill is available on the 2020 wood deck. For safety and convenience, the home features exterior cameras for deterrence and a Schlage keyless entry system with personalized fourdigit codes for each guest. The Rolling Valley Community Pool offers summer access for an additional fee if interested. Local wildlife such as neighborhood cats, foxes, and deer may occasionally be seen in the yard. Pricing may be flexible depending on length of stay, start date, and traveler profile.

The space

This fully furnished bedroom is designed for one traveler and includes a comfortable bed, dresser, desk, fulllength mirror, and closet space. It shares the upstairs full bathroom with one other room. Guests have access to shared common areas throughout the home. Pictures were updated in February 2025. Pets are allowed on a casebycase basis for a fee. Please avoid strong fragrances due to migraine sensitivity. All household laundry is washed in All Plus Free and Clear.
