80 East Hunn's Lake Road has the best sunsets on the lake! It is a comfortable 3 bed home with a screened porch, deck and patio on a private lake. The living room has a decorative fireplace and sleeper sofa with a comfy gel mattress. The open kitchen flows easily into the dining room and screened porch area. Our dining room can seat up to 10 people. Central air conditioning and heating are included. Extra fans are available. The new garage has an EV level 2 charging station provided for 1 car. Free WIFI, streaming is possible with WIFI internet and Google Chrome. Pets are allowed with damage deposit. Gas grill uses propane. Best sunsets on the lake!!! Small herb garden is near the entrance. Boats, kayaks, paddles and life jackets are available for use. Standfordville is a friendly town with a new library, huge new modern playground, summer day camp, pickleball and tennis courts. Audubon hiking trails are nearby. Many summer activities on the weekend include horseback riding, biking, the 180 year old annual Dutchess County Fair in August, The Rhinebeck Aerodome with airshows and old planes. Swimming is permitted in the lake and the water is tested yearly by the Hunns Lake Association. It's a perfect place.!
