This home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street. One of the best features of the property is the beautiful view of the Verrazzano Bridge from the backyard which tenants are welcome to enjoy at their leisure. The house is conveniently located within walking distance to a variety of buses that provide easy access to Brooklyn, Manhattan, and different parts of Staten Island, with trips to Brooklyn and Manhattan typically taking around 30 minutes. The property is also conveniently close to major hospitals, including Northwell Health Staten Island University Hospital which is approximately 2-3 miles away and Richmond University Medical Center, which is about 5 miles away. There are 3 bedrooms available for rent in the home. The minimum stay is one month, and the maximum stay is one year. At this time, rooms are available to female tenants only, with one occupant per room. For everyone's comfort and safety, any visitors must be announced to the landlord in advance by text or phone call. We take safety and security seriously. The property is equipped with Ring cameras at the front and side entrances of the home. The bathrooms in the home are shared; however, there are 3 full bathrooms for use. I prefer the tenants to use the 2nd floor bathroom. Kitchen is also shared and includes access to appliances, plates, cookware and cutlery. Since these are common areas, tenants are expected to clean up after themselves and return items to where they were found to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for everyone. There is a washer and dryer available for tenant use. Please note that this is a standard household washer and dryer, not a commercial unit. Heavy loads are not permitted. Please do not wash items such as heavy comforters, rugs, coats, sneakers. Any damage to the property appliances, items, or furniture on the property will be taken out of the security deposit. There is also a driveway parking available for tenants on the right side of the driveway. The space can accommodate up to 2 cars. Tenants who use the driveway are expected to coordinate parking arrangements among themselves regarding who parks in the front or back space.

The room provided comes with a full bed, desk, desk chair, bookshelf, large closet with shelves and a section to hang clothes, seating bench with compartment for items, and a bedside table with a lamp included. Window air conditioner will be provided during the summer months. There is an overhead ceiling fan with a light. Views from the room include the Verrazano Bridge, backyard, and driveway.
