My home is a 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and is located in a quiet mature neighborhood close to major shopping centers and hospitals. The house is on a private lake, with lake views from the dining ,living room and master bedroom. Guest bedroom is fully furnished, private bathroom withtub/shower combination. There is a smart tv with cable and Roku access. Master bedroom I use for my personal space. The second bedroom ,is a private office space. I have professional housekeeping come in every other week for cleaning. You would be responsible for your own laundry (washer & dryer on the premises). I am planning to do some traveling this year, so I will be home on and off during your rental stay. I have one small dog and two cats, so you would need to be comfortable around animals. The dog is friendly and well behaved, the cats are shy and you will probably never see them. You would have full access to the house. There is also a community pool within walking distance open Mon-Sun 1pm -7pm 15 min from Lodi - has some of the best vineyards in the area "Oak Farms" "Michael David" to name a few 45 min from Sacramento - State Capital 1 hr 30 from Napa - more wineries 1 hr 30 from San Jose (Silicon Valley) 10 min walk to Village West Marina (Garlic Brothers & Bob's Hamburgers) 15 min to Lincoln Ctr (on Benjamin Holt) very nice shopping center with restaurants and boutiques) 10 min to Haggin Museum a gem of a museum featuring a mix of artifacts, and European and American Oil paintings

The space

My home in located in the Lincoln Village West area in Stockton. It is one of the nicest neighborhoods to live in. It is centrally located to grocery stores, shopping centers and public transportation. The interior floors and bathrooms have all recently been upgraded. I have had over the past few years muliple tenants from Furnished Finders and I have 2 reviews posted on this site. Please check what others have said about staying with me. Neighborhood: This is one of the nicest neighborhoods in Stockton, and is centrally located. Close to nice shopping center "Village West Marina" with a grocery store, hardware store, nails and muliple food restaurants, public transit. <br />My house underwent a 100K upgrade in 2023, installing new wooden flooring, new granite and cabinets in the bathrooms. It also close the Village West Marina, which has two nice restaurants "Garlic Brothers" and "Bob's Hamburgers".<br />There is also an ice cream and sweets store. <br />
