Welcome to a charming and simple country living space close to amenities. This custom tiny home is tucked away from the street and surrounded by a small urban farm in the Country Club of Stockton. The tiny house is a converted school bus that was built for full time living and has been lived in full time for the past eight years. Quality cabinetry for the closet, a custom kitchen built from an armoire, french doors and other nice design touches create a cozy environment. The fridge and stove are high quality and the space is wonderful to cook in. There is plenty of storage in the house and can easily accommodate clothing and other items you bring while traveling. There is a shower in the house with an on demand hot water heater and getting ready area. The tiny house has a comfortable 400+ sf deck that is accessible from both doors that overlooks the urban farm. Also accessible is a lower patio offering for multiple spaces to relax. Rows of grapes, raspberries, seasonal veggies and a small orchard are all in view. A beautifully landscaped path heads from the tiny house towards the chicken coop where 18 friendly chickens live and give fresh eggs daily. Further down is the chicken coop (currently the flock is at 18 hens) that renters would be welcome to collect eggs from. Just past the chicken coop is the Chicken Cabana (outhouse with deck) where you will find a flush toilet, sink and clawfoot tub. This facility is roughly 20 steps from the tiny house and is the toilet to be used on site. The farm is maintained by our family who lives across the street and we will be there from time to time to collect eggs, work in the garden and enjoy the beautiful space. There are four garages/sheds on site that are rented as well by friendly, retired contractors and with minimal and irregular times for tenants to grab items. Please note that the rented space will be the entire tiny house and surrounding deck/ fenced area but the rest of the property, including ithe chicken cabana with toilet, is a shared space.
