This home is perfect for professional medical travelers with a 3-month contract. Minimum: 3 months First and last months rent Please note that we don't allow candles or unplug your electronic devices after fully charging them. Its also recommended to have renters insurance. We prefer all renters be on the same work schedule The Central Valley can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Recommended by PGE. Regarding the AC, the Central Valley can be quite hot In the summer, They recommend keeping the A/C thermostat set at 78 degrees Fahrenheit or higher when home, as long as youre healthy enough to do so. In the winter, they suggest setting your furnace thermostat to 68 degrees Fahrenheit or lower, as recommended by PGE. No personal heaters Electric Vehicles Just a heads up, electric vehicles shouldn't be charged on our property. Our existing electrical system is not designed to handle the capacity and safety requirements for charging. We also have a monthly housekeeper to ensure your home is clean and tidy. Youll love the windows! There are so many views, and no long dark hallways or tiny bedrooms. The owners really wanted to make sure your visit would be memorable. Theyve done a lot of renovations. You will enjoy the farm-size kitchen with full kitchen privileges. The house was remodeled five years ago, and it has original hardwood floors, new AC and heater, and new double-pane windows. Youll love the views! You can enjoy amazing sunsets and sunrises every day (except on cloudy days). The surroundings are great. You can go for walks and see the crops grow. There's also wildlife, like owls in the palm trees and cottontail bunnies all over. The barn has two white barn owls that hoot every night, and there are birds singing in the morning. You can visit Lodi's wine country and wonderful boutique wineries. Its just an hour to the San Francisco Bay Area, two hours to the Sierra Nevada, and three hours to Yosemite. Its also 30 minutes to the Delta and Miles of Waterways, and 45 minutes to Sacramento. A few minutes away are some surrounding hospitals. The owner doesn't live on the property
