My Laundry is on main floor has a new water saver Washer & Dryer (2 loads per week included with your own soap or $2 per load.) available for your use. Rear Sliding doors to patio & acre back yard. Includes ALL heat/ electric/ water/ AC/ wireless internet access. Quiet cul de sac. safe parking.
