This house was built 15 years ago and was designed so that it could be rented as a 2BR/2.5BA private space, because the 3rd floor locks off. The WiFi is fast, reliable and the house is radiantly heated on all floors, with a separate mud room entrance on its own zone. In winter, the rent is $500 higher per month because of higher utilities and snow plowing. Because there is a lot of flexibility in the interior design, it could also be rented as a 3BR/3.5BA entire house OR as a Master Floor with main living level option. So, if you are 1 person seeking something more posh, it is possible that the master floor with sauna, double slipper tub and private laundry could be made available. If you are 2 or 3 persons, you could rent the main living level and lower floor with two private bedroom suites; one is a king and one is a queen. There is a private laundry and second living room area on the lower level. Your inquiry is invited. Absolutely no pets welcome, as this is an allergen free environment.
