House · 600 sq ft · 2 beds · 1 bath · Pets welcome (ask owner for details).

Full house share with well appointed, comfortable house with owner on the premises. Care and tidiness a must. The house is a modernized historic cape with all details well thought out. 2 kitties live in the house, mostly with the owner. There is a door that separates the 2 living sections, with fluidity to pass in either direction as a community household. There is one other individual living in the rental side of the house, sharing the upstairs mini hallway with your room. There is a large bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and upstairs tub room that will be shared with the other tenant. We'd like to have another man, woman (or other) who enjoys living privately but also in community. We're a mostly organic household eating plant based foods with some fish and poultry.

The space

1/2 house available for rent in a cozy historical house. Warm and cozy, quiet setting for the most part, on a country paved road that's used by locals coming and going to work. Owner of the house is in the other portion of the house where she conducts a part-time professional massage business. Consideration and tidiness is key! 2 cats live here also.
