Enjoy hiking, pickleball, a full-sized completely renovated in summer 2024 outdoor pool, and everything else Southern Vermont has to offer. 1-minute drive or shuttle to the Stratton Mountain base lodge and shops and steps from your own pickleball court and swimming pool. 15 minutes from Manchester Center. 4 bedrooms 3.5 bath (2 King rooms and 2 rooms with 2 sets each of bunk beds). New deck (just redone) with new couches and gas fire pit and grill. Available from April - October. Must submit to a background check. One month rent security deposit. All utilities Included. Must agree to $400 1x/mo cleaning. Can be rented as a whole unit or possibly individual rooms if willing to share with another healthcare professional. Small dogs upon approval are allowed with a pet deposit.

The space

The space expands over 3 levels. The main level has a beautiful living room, fireplace, open concept with kitchen and a powder room. There's a deck off the back with couches, a propane fire table for ambiance in the summer and a grill for your usage. The upstairs is a master bedroom and bathroom. The bottom floor has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and walks out to the backyard. Its perfect for those with pets who can let them out the back door. We allow pets with extra permission and a non-refundable pet fee.
