[Female Roommate Preferred] Convenient location in Sunnyvale. Sunnyvale borders Santa Clara, Cupertino and Mountain View. Located in a small single family neighborhood about a mile from our downtown area where there are excellent restaurants, Whole Foods, Target, AMC, music series during the summers, farmers markets on Saturdays. Caltrain within a mile away that can take you as far south as Gilroy and as far north as San Francisco. The bedroom is 10x11 and comes furnished with a full sized bed, chest of drawers, closet, TV, AppleTV, small desk/chair, lamp, reading lamp clipped to headboard, two bed stands, hamper, fan, space heater and other things I may have added over time. The duplex has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, central heat and air and washer/dryer in the garage with all utilities included. You will be sharing a 2bd 1 bath cozy duplex with me and my three cats (must love cats or at least tolerate them). I'm in my late-40s and work in tech full time and will occasionally work from home Mondays and Fridays. When I'm not working in tech, I work as a massage therapist and travel to client's homes 2 evenings during the week and 1 day on the weekend. When I am home, I'm usually found in the kitchen cooking or baking something delicious. I'm considerate of others I'm living with and expect the same. Communication goes a long way! :)

The space

Room is on the smaller size but there are all of the amenities with a dresser, closet, tv, Apple TV device, HomePod speaker, etc.
