Cozy home in a peaceful part of Sunriver just 25 minutes south from Bend. This is a place for people seeking a low key space to enjoy outside the hustle of city life. Updated bathroom, windows, doors, window treatments and furnace. Cozy wood burning stove inside for those cozy winter nights. Also a cedar sauna. Please note, this is a rural area, in the winter there will need to be some snowblowing of the driveway and shoveling of the front step/walkway. Also note, there is a small studio in the property as well that is typically rented out nightly (has its own private fenced yard).

Just south of the Sunriver resort area tucked away in a sweet neighborhood with neighborhood access to the Deschutes river for summer fun. And 25 minutes close to mount Bachelor for all the outdoor activities
