We are offering our curated 1 acre property to a lovely renter/renters who would like to be on the outskirts of the most popular and sought after Bend/Sunriver Oregon area! We love living just out of town where it is secluded but not alone with our OWN beautiful parts of nature to enjoy! We have trails in abundance and plenty of wildlife to keep you admiring the area! You can cross country ski in the neighborhood when it snows! You can walk, run, bike on trails! We live 1 mile from a campsite. Imagine living where people camp to get away from it all? We are within walking distance from Fall River Falls. We have buttes to climb and access to the coveted Mt. Bachelor Resort! We are 30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor and 25-30 minutes from everything in Bend! We are looking for the right tenants! We do have two cats that we don't wish to rehome while we are away for the winter. They are inside/outside cats and we would be willing to negotiate a deal for the right people. We would prefer a 3 month renter (90 days or so). But less than 3 months can be considered! Let's talk! This home would fit four people comfortably! We would be happy to make the 2nd bedroom work for your needs! It could be an office space, a workout space or a bedroom. Just let us know and we will set it up appropriately! We do have workout equipment! You can see photos of it in the listing. It is currently in the shop, upstairs. It will be COLD! We can bring in your requested workout equipment to the house. No access to the shop for tenants. I guess just no slamming the weights on the floor like a total bro sesh, you know? What else? It's our house! We love it and we think you will too! The cats are easy and great company!

The space

1,000 sq. ft. fully furnished 2-bed, 2-bath home with a full kitchen, island with seating, sectional sofa and large TV. Primary suite has a stand-up shower and separate soaking tub; second bath has a tub/shower combo. Flexible 2nd bedroom can be a bedroom, office or yoga space. Large covered porch, deck, laundry, parking for multiple vehicles/trailers, and access to the shop gym (unheated). Cats live on the property. Neighborhood: A secluded neighborhood close in the Deschutes National Forest. Wonderful neighbors with a variety of homes and topography. Clean and well kept, safe and a hidden gem. No for real. It is!
