Quiet street on Lake Champlain. Bbq grill on porch, coffee bar, comfortable furniture. Parking in driveway and on street. 10 miles from hospital in St Albans VT. 1 queen bed and TV in first bedroom and a double bed in second bedroom. Also a twin bed in the loft off from the great room area. All dishes, pots and pans, and furniture are already in the house. Heat in the winter, garbage, and internet included. Electricity will be an added expense payable with rent per month.
The space
The living room, dining table and kitchen are all in one big space. The heater is in this room. 2 bedrooms with the first having a queen bed and a TV with Roku. The second has a double bed with no TV. Bureaus and end tables with overhead lighting and small lamps are in both rooms. Bedding is provided including quilts, comforters, and blankets. The bathroom has a sink, walk in shower, a toilet and a washer and dryer. An unheated porch is also part of the space.
