Please note that starting in late May we switch to a weekly rental schedule due to the busy summer season. Weekly rate is around $3500 through the summer until November. 3 floors (with newly finished basement). Four bedrooms (queen, queen, 2 twins, and twin over full bunk). Three bathrooms. Included is heat, garbage removal, water, sewer, internet/wifi, and snow plowing. Full furnished with everything you need to move right in! Very quiet and private, as most of the near by homes are summer seasonal only. Dogs allowed by permission only ($100 per dog fee). NO CATS OR OTHER PETS. No smoking inside, no parties, and limit on number of people residing at the house.
