This 1928 restored English tudor is the favorite of our neighborhood. Renovated over the years, this warm and unique home is "arts & crafts" styled for privacy and simplicity. It rests on an expansive yard with a hammock between the 100 year-old red maples, Adirondack chairs around a fire pit, and access to the upper deck overlooking the area. Traveling as a commuter, pair or three-some? I keep a very low-key home, however, do have three bedrooms IF any of these scenarios fit your needs. Monthly rent ranges from $850-$1200, depending on overall arrangement. Want to prepare full meals ahead of time? Sit down in the adjacent dining area? The main craftsman-style kitchen is fully appointed with all utensils and cooking needs. In addition, a large cupboard, drawers and refrigerator space are reserved just for you. Are you a microwave-Keurig-mini-fridge-hot tea individual? The 2nd floor den is just a step away. The large master bathroom is all set: Shower and jetted tub, empire vanity w/starter kit, hair dryer, wash cloths and towels. An additional bathroom is on first floor and front-load washer & dryer are on the lower level. Bright, airy bedrooms have Rochester wood floors, lovely rugs, black-out shades, walk-in closets, comfy reading chairs and a desk. Beds are queen or double-sized with an abundance of warm, cozy blankets. A Smart TV may be available for your room as well as free access to multiple special subscriptions. Your room will always be comfortable with forced air heat and air conditioning. My living space (single owner) is on first floor. I have sliding glass doors separating my personal space (and the entry), however, enjoy connecting with tenants if we choose to cross paths! Visitors are not allowed unless prior arrangements are agreed upon. Do you prefer being the sole tenant at a higher rate? Or, would you like to share a bathroom with an additional tenant? If sharing, the first tenant has the option to interview and determine whether an additional person would work out. Should there be additional tenants sharing a bathroom, you should ask about reduced rates.
