The Sunny Second Floor is a a lovely, spacious, 2 Bedroom apartment in a Craftsman-era home in an historic neighborhood. It close to Syracuse University and lovely Thornden Park. It is comfortably furnished and has been home to many medical professionals, faculty, and grad students. The fully stocked kitchen had good lighting and granite counters with lots of room to cook. The kitchen is open to the big dining room which has both a bar counter and large dining table. The yard and front porch are pleasant spots where you can relax in nice weather. Several restaurants (Indian, Mediterranean,Mexican, and more) are located within easy walking distance on Westcott Street. Family-owned, with family member living in the first floor apartment, so help is always nearby if you need anything. We value your privacy, but are happy to give tips when asked.
