The Treehouse apt. is named for the upper view of a large maple tree in the backyard. The space is quiet. Past tenants have reported there is virtually no audible noises from below. Your neighbors downstairs can NOT hear you unless you are dragging furniture or stomping your feet. The bathroom is completely NEW. Everything is replaced except the cast iron tub, which we refinished. The best space is the open living/dining room. The bedroom offers a sturdy antique frame and a new comfortable mattress with a memory foam pad as well as black-out curtains. There is additional space for storage under the bed. We also offer a pull-out twin bed in the living room, a reclining couch, and a recliner, as well as a blow-up mattress for your visitors. We do offer a deck with barbecue access in the backyard. We have a garden in the back with some fresh produce and are currently rebuilding with containers before the Fall. You should be aware that the small dog below does bark when entering the premises and with passing walkers. We love all animals and do not allow dogs without pre-approval.

The space

This is a really comfortable space for one person. Two people could share. The kitchen is quite spacious and there is a small dishwasher.
