Welcome to Terri's Place! Apartment 1, located at 112 E Washington Ave, Terra Alta WV, is an ideal choice for a single person, couple, or traveler. This newly remodeled unit accommodates up to 2-3 individuals and offers comprehensive amenities. The apartment is not only fully furnished but also impeccably clean. It includes all utilities, electricity, water, sewage, fuel/heat, Roku TV, weekly garbage pick-up, fast Wi-Fi Internet, and Brinks security making it entirely inclusive. This spacious King one-bedroom unit also features a living room couch that converts into a queen-size bed with built-in USB charging ports. The bedroom is equipped with new linens, dressers, nightstands, touch USB charging port lamps, a spacious closet with hangers and shelf, blackout curtains on all windows, and additional comforts such as a sleep sound machine, alarm clock/radio, box fan, extra pillows, blankets, and a ceiling light/fan. The Full size kitchen is comprehensively stocked and includes a full-size refrigerator, four-burner stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, chopper, air fryer, wine glasses, pots and pans, chopper, Tupperware, and dinnerware, etc. along with all necessary kitchen utensils for all your cooking and baking needs. A dining table that seats four. The unit is equipped with two flat-screen Smart TVs with Roku, located in the living room and bedroom. The spacious bathroom features a shower/tub combo with new towels, washcloths, a first aid kit, starter paper products and supplies, a full-length mirror, and a hair dryer. A coin-operated washer/dryer is available in the hallway on the same floor. Additional conveniences provided include: Dedicated Office space with desk and lamp and supplies. Iron, ironing board, hamper, and laundry basket. hangers Window air conditioner On site indoor mailboxes are provided for your convience. A large supply of cleaning products, vacuum, and starter products Security is ensured with Brinks security, keyless pin code entry, and a deadbolt lock on the main door. Ample free street parking is available directly in front of the unit, or in a large parking area. The property features a large grass yard with flowers and a garden that currently grows vegetables, a shared grill area, benches, and a picnic table in a safe neighborhood. Although the unit is non-smoking, an outdoor smoking area is provided. The unit is exceptionally clean and ready for immediate occupancy, with all comforters, pillows, and encasements laundered between each tenant. The landlord is accommodating and responsive to your needs but will respect your privacy unless assistance is required. Serious inquiries only. Short-term contracts are available for travelers (minimum of three months). Restaurants are within walking distance. Pets are permitted with approval and a $250 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, provided they are not habitual barkers. If I approve a pet stay there is a fee per pet that is non refundable. The fee is $200 per pet, if allowed. No dogs will be allowed if they are habitual barkers, so that it doesn't disturb other sleeping nurses. :)
