Actual log home. Outside of town and usually quiet. A nice getaway with a paved road up to the front of the property. We commonly get deer in the front yard and sometimes hear roosters and have seen a bald eagle, too. Upstairs bedroom is open loft style, with views out the west facing windows. Downstairs guest bedroom has a regular door. Being a log home with a metal roof, you can really hear the rain and some creaks from the structure. The front faces west, so the evening sky can be beautiful out the front windows or from the front porch. The local power company will shut off power occasionally, sometimes as a safety precaution due to wild fires, which is out of our control.

The space

Unique Log home on 1 acre. Two story, very comfortably fits 3-4 people. Outside of town, and the paved road comes right to the front of the property. Includes one lockable 10'x12' storage shed for your stuff. Owner is using other sheds and detached garage sometimes for projects, performs property maintenance but lives elsewhere. Rent is for the home itself and front and rear porches, car and RV parking, and sharing the rest of the property when owner stops by. Owner will never enter home, unless required.
