Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home in The Woodlands. Located in the leafy village of Grogan's Mill, the house offers nearby trails, parks, and golf courses, with The Woodlands Town Center's restaurants, shopping, and entertainment a short drive away. Enjoy a pool, outdoor dining area, barbecue grill, fire pit, and indoor fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and cooking basics. Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, heating, an in-unit washer and dryer, and free on-site parking make everyday living convenient. Linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, books, and children's dinnerware are provided. Additional conveniences include clothing storage, hangers, an iron, coffee, a baking sheet, and wine glasses. Luggage drop-off is allowed. Self check-in is available, and your host is only a message away. House rules: The home accommodates up to six guests. Please plan sleeping arrangements according to the available beds. Up to two pets are allowed. No events, smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or commercial photography and filming. Quiet hours are 11 p.m.-7 a.m. Check-in is after 4 p.m.; checkout is before 11 a.m. This is our primary residence. Please treat the home and its contents with care. Artwork, furnishings, equipment, decorations, linens, books, and other household items must remain in the home. Closets, cabinets, and storage areas marked private are off-limits. Extra paper towels, water, toys, and bikes are available in the garage. Please promptly report accidental damage, breakage, or misplaced items.

The space

Entire house accommodating up to six guests, with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a half bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has two twin beds; the second folds away beneath the first when not in use. Two living rooms each have a couch. The home includes a kitchen, dining area, office/workspace, pool, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
