The 5 bedrooms include two with queen beds, one with a double bed, and two with twin beds. The rooms with twin beds can be converted into offices. There is a large swimming pond beyond the back yard, a flat front yard for outdoor dining, a fire pit out back, and miles of trails through the fields around the house and into the woods. The living room has two sitting areas, one surrounded by windows looking out on the fields and pond, the other around a fireplace. There are dining areas in both the kitchen and living room. The house is less than 5 minutes from Interstate 90, and a 15-minute drive to downtown Hanover. We are also open to renting to two separate single renters at $1700/month each, or to three renters at $1200/m each.
