The house is situated on 1.2 Acres on a dead end road. It's quiet and peaceful. There are tall pine trees surrounding the house, and I've built a walking path around the edge of the property. It is completely fenced in and air tight for dogs! There is an outside playground and fire pit. In the warm season there is a vegetable garden and an outdoor shower. The house itself has a very minimal but warm feel. There are windows everywhere, so the sunlight during the day is superb. At night, nearly every light in the house is on a dimmer to keep things mellow. I have the couch of my dreams and a 55 inch TV. I do not watch television//sports but I love cinema (I can link airpods to the TV if you're wanting quiet). There is a standing desk with room for two in the office area. Your room is on the lower level. It is newly renovated and has a secondary room attached which could be used as an office or studio. Your bathroom is on the main level and has heated floors, washer and dryer, and a very nice shower which is solely yours.
