My preference would be for tenants who what to stay at least 6 - 12 months, but I am open to those staying 3 months depending on the circumstances. CDTA Bus stop one block from the apartment. Post office on the corner of our block. Verdile's restaurant one block away. Stewart's Shop two blocks away. Hanniford Grocery Store 1 mile away. Easy access to Routes: 787, and 90, 1 hour drive from Bennington, VT, Williamstown, MA and 1/2 from Saratoga Springs, NY. Downtown Troy only a few minutes from property. Troy Waterfront Farmers' Market, EMPAC, RPI, Sage College, HVCC, SUNY Albany and great restaurants and breweries. Peeble's Island State Park is walking distance from the apartment with bike trails. Kayak, canoe amd fish along the Hudson River.
