Hilltop house with separate guesthouse property overlooking the city on the south side of the Catalina Foothills just minutes from the following: 132 m bike/walking path known as "The Loop", dining, golfing, gyms, shopping. hospitals within 10-27 minutes, University of Arizona 15 min, hiking trails all around, Sabino Canyon 17 min, Mt Lemmon 45-60 min, downtown Tucson 15 min, and 40 min to Tucson airport or Green Valley, bus stop located a mile and a half on Oracle and Orange Grove. The guesthouse tenant parks at the steps and goes up to the wooden front door that enters into a large lushly vegetated enclosed patio with 360 degree city and mountain views, the owners use the carport entry on the Northside. The guesthouse is on the Southside across the patio from the main house. There is a ramada by the pool. There is both a wooden and screen door front door to the guesthouse that opens to a hallway going left and right with the bathroom in the middle. The decor is Rustic Mexican wood furniture. On the left is the Living//Dining/Kitchenette, with a comfortable loveseat and chair, a small round dining table and chair. There is a wooden cabinet with a top that expands for food preparation, and a Roku TV with Prime and Netflix, etc. There is kitchenware. On the right is the bedroom with a double bed, a bedside table, a desk with chair, a closet on the right with a chest of drawers, a medium sized ironing board and iron. There are windows in the living room and bedroom with shades and ceiling fans. The laundry is located just across the patio under the ramada that runs the length of the house. We have a dog and two cats that are not allowed beyond the patio/house area to protect them from wildlife, so we ask that tenant be careful not to let them out.
