The property is a 2,500 sq foot home on 3 acres with mountain views, quiet surroundings, a large deck, large fenced yard, and easy access to Bend, Redmond, Sisters and Prineville. Costco is approximately 5 miles away. The home is ideally situated to all major roadways in the Tumalo area of Bend. The main level consists of the kitchen, living rm, dining rm, 1/2 bath, laundry, and MBR. Upstairs, there are two BR/BA, a loft / office area, living room and balcony. There are ceiling fans throughout the house, plus two Mitsubishi mini-splits that offer Ac and heat. In addition, there are 3 propane stoves for heat. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a long driveway from the street and at the top by the house, there is safe off-street parking. A dog is allowed upon owner approval. No cats. No smoking in the house or on the property. The bedroom does not share a wall with any other room and there is a balcony upstairs for your use with amazing views of the Cascades and sunsets. I will consider stays shorter than one month.

The space

This is a fully furnished bedroom on the second floor of my house with a private bathroom. There are blackout shades in the room; a very comfortable Cal King bed, ceiling fan, sitting chair, Smart TV, nightstand, bookshelf and full closet. It is a private space -- away from the main part of the house and does not share a wall with anyone else. There is also a desk and work area upstairs available for your use, and a small balcony with a chaise lounge and stunning views of the Cascades for your use. Neighborhood: Tumalo is an area just north of Bend. The house is 10 miles from downtown Bend, 5 miles from Costco, and approximately 15 miles to Sisters or to Redmond. It is centrally located yet has a rural feel very and is very peaceful. The Deschutes River is approximately 3 miles from the house and is a fun place to go tubing or walking.
