This quiet refuge is on a dead end street surrounded by nature. A large grassy backyard is bordered by trees and a private fire pit on the back patio provides a nice evening escape. Hiking, mountain biking, road biking, dirt biking, fly fishing, kayaking, and tubing are all less than 3 miles away at great locations like Maston Trails, Cline Butte, Tumalo State Park, Tumalo Reservoir, and the Deschutes River. The cute and quiet town of Tumalo is less than 1 mile away and has a local farm stand, bar, sushi, burgers, Mexican, Hawaiian, and brick oven pizza food trucks with live music and bingo events. There is a cute coffee shop and HIIT gym as well as bike shop in town.

The space

The living room and kitchen are an open concept in the center of the building with a bedroom that has a twin bed and a twin trundle bed with attached full bath with tub on one side of the house and a second bedroom with a full bed on the other side of the house and a second full bathroom with tub and makeup mirror off of the kitchen. Washer and dryer are included and are located inside by the patio door.
