Inside, the living area features an L-shaped couch with comfortable seating and a Smart TV. Central air conditioning and heat are provided, with additional mini-split and window units for added comfort. Wifi and utilities are included, with utilities subject to a $200 cap. A washer and dryer are also available. The sleeping setup provides flexibility for different groups. One bedroom has a queen bed, a nightstand, a walk-in closet, and an additional small standard closet. The loft bedroom includes a queen bed, two twin beds, nightstands, a walk-in closet, a dresser, a Smart TV, and a fan. Hotel-quality mattresses and hotel-style linens add extra comfort for restful nights. There are two bathrooms. One includes a vintage claw-foot tub and single sink, while the other has a walk-in shower and single vanity. Starter toiletries and personal cleaning products are provided. The full kitchen is ready for everyday meals, with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, hot-water kettle, coffee maker, blender, baking sheet, wine glasses, cookware, dishes, silverware, cooking basics, coffee, and barbecue utensils. A breakfast bar with stools provides casual seating, while two dining tables seat about six people each. Outside is where The Barn really opens up. Free parking is available on the premises, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided. The property is non-smoking and does not allow pets, including to accommodate guests with pet sensitivities and allergies. Booking requests require complete guest profiles, including first and last name and photo ID. Guest identity must be verified, and ID should be available at check-in before access can be provided.
