The space

Cozy furnished cottage with master (queen) bed, bath, kitchen, living room and porch on the first floor. Two queen bedrooms upstairs, one bath and two bonus rooms that can be used as an office or kids rooms. Basement has ample storage space as well as washer/dryer. Heated with two mini-split heat pumps as well as a small wood stove. Kitchen is fully fitted with a small pantry. Electric car charger available.
