Room · 1 bed · 1 bath · No pets allowed.

Private room with a double size bed. This is technically a 2 family home and this private room is in the upstairs apartment. It is equipped with darkening shades and darkening curtains for extra darkness. The room is totally private with a double bed and the rest of the apartment will be shared. There is a brand new bathroom, nice kitchen, and a living room. There are cats downstairs that also go outside so you may cross one in the hallway as you enter the house but they are not allowed in the upstairs apartment so there are pets on the property but they are not in your space. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and safe. No issues with parking. I have 2 separate properties across the street from eachother that are exactly the same. One unit is for females only and one is co-ed. Please inquire about availability.

The space

Wifi and all utilities are included. I have 2 separate properties across the street from eachother that are exactly the same. One unit is for females only and one is co-ed. Please inquire about availability.
