**Studio is occupied until March 2027** Cozy studio apartment on the lower level of our house. Private entrance, parking spot and very close to train and restaurants. Easy and close drive to all the major hospitals in Westchester. We are a 5 minute drive to PepsiCo and a 6 minute drive to New York Medical College, Westchester Medical Center, Maria Fareri Children's Hospital, and Blythedale Children's Hospital. Downtown White Plains is a 10 minute drive and White Plains Hospital is a 12 minute drive. Our house is situated on a hill just above the Metro North Train station. It's a steep hill, but only a 4 minute walk to the train which will get you to Grand Central in 30-40 minutes! The space (Please carefully read the descriptions with the **) There is a full size bed, pull down futon, table with 2 chairs, nightstands and tv stand/desk in the apartment. There's a small efficiency kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, air fryer/toaster oven, blender, hand mixer, crock pot, Keurig, hot water kettle, and double hot plate. We also have pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils, dishes, etc. There is no stove in the apartment, which is why we provide a hot plate and air fryer/toaster oven. We have a ONE car parking space at the top of the road which is reserved for our tenant! **Please be aware that our driveway and road are rather steep. If you have trouble walking on inclines it can be a bit challenging to walk up/down the driveway and road and we may not be the place for you!** **The apartment has a low ceiling (about 6 ft, 4 in. ) and there is a beam in the center that you may need to duck, to walk under, if you are over 6 ft tall! This, also, makes the shower head a little lower in the bathroom.** **Unfortunately, there is no washer or dryer in the apartment. There is a good laundromat that's a 3 minute drive from our house (we used it for 7 months, while renovating out house). **Our primary residence is on the top 2 levels and with 2 children we cant guarantee absolute quiet at all times. There is a room, above the apartment, and you will hear footsteps from from time to time. The train is visible from the apartment door and you can often hear it go by though the noise is not too loud. It is an otherwise quiet and cozy spot!
