This apartment is a one bedroom one bathroom recently remodeled with every appliance still under warranty. The apartment features a private patio, a nice view, soundproof rooms, an AC unit in the bedroom, and fire place. The landlord turned his two-story home into an ADU with a private entrance. The photos are slightly different because previous tenants had changed the place, but you get the flavor by reviewing. It has lots of storage and plenty of upgrades.
