The studio is the in-law unit on the lower level of the main house. It is newly renovated with fresh paint, new cabinets and brand new flooring. The studio leads out to the large, terraced backyard space that comes with a pool, and lots of quiet outdoor seating in a well manicured garden. Gardener and pool service come every other week. Plentiful street parking right in front of the home, in one of the best and safest neighborhoods in Vallejo. Laundry on site. Vallejo is in a very convenient area, about 30 minutes to San Francisco and 20 minutes to wine country. Single occupancy. The space

The space comfortably fits one person. Weve had travel nurses, military, students and people just finding a landing pad in the San Francisco bay area. We typically see our tenants stay longer than the three month contract, usually six months to a year. What makes this spot unique is that the unit opens up to the gorgeous backyard with a pool. Also, your landlords are pretty cool, if I may say so.
