The studio has a private entrance from the garden. There is an entry to the garden from a locked gate in the alley. The kitchen is at the front of the unit and the bed, closet, and bathroom at the back. There are four original windows which allow plenty of light. Recessed lighting throughout. Cats ok, no dogs
