I have one of the few one story houses in the back of a development, very quiet and friendly. The room is on the other side of the house - very private. I have a fully landscaped front and backyards. In the backyard we have fire pit and BBQ both available to my tenants! We are close to the hills and have the wonderful Vallejo weather. The average temperature in the Summer is usually mid to high 70's. If we happen to have a hot day I have air conditioning! No pets, however there is a little sweetheart of a dog waiting for you!

The space

This large private room (196sq ft) that is in a Vallejo house & offers a calm, furnished space with everything you need . The bedroom is spacious with a queen bed, a work desk with chair, dresser with 40"TV, and good natural light from a window with blackout-friendly curtains; the bathroom is clean and ready to use. All utilities including electricity, internet, water, gas, and trash are covered in rent, plus you get Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, laundry access, and a lovely back yard. Neighborhood: Close to highways 37 and 80. On the North side of Vallejo. Quiet and good walking neighborhood. I am at the back of the Eagle Ridge development
