Great neighborhood! I know almost all of the neighbors on my block and most neighbors on the adjacent streets; we all look out for one another. I've walked my dog all throughout the neighborhood daily for 10 years without any incidents. My block and the surrounding area is mellow during the day (you'll hear some passing cars). After 7pm, it's very quiet. The property has a great location on the East side of town. It's only a short drive to Costco, Rayleys, Ulta Beauty, Safeway, Marshalls, gas stations, pizza places, taco trucks, Vietnamese pho restaurants, hot dogs and more. There's a public pool 2 blocks away, if you like to swim. Also within a 6 to 10 minute drive is a State Park offering hiking trails along the water, a driving range, a reservoir and parks. Beautiful Napa is only 15-20 minutes away.

The space

Room is sunny, beautifully furnished, comfortable and spacious. King size, firm mattress (very comfy) desk, full length mirror, flannel sheets (winter), electric blanket, 100% cotton towels, 100% cotton sheets, reading chair, shoe rack/storage, vertical storage, drying rack, tons of space for clothes, suitcases, white noise machine, calming artwork, 100% blackout curtains. You and I share the bathroom; renter always has priority for the shower. Rent includes utilities! It's a great value! Neighborhood: Neighborhood is safe, walkable, and quiet. Very close to 780, 680 N and 680 S, 80 E and 80 W. Big box retailers (Costco, Marshalls) just a 10 minute drive away. The local Safeway supermarket is just 5 minutes (by car) up the road and Trader Joe's is a 10 to 15 minute drive away. I know all the folks on my block and many of my nearby neighbors by name.
