This charming 630sf guesthouse is located on our gated property. It is a lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bath guesthouse with an office, laundry room and private patio. The bedroom has a queen size bed, 40" TV with Roku, and a full wall length mirrored closet with ample shelving, and a chest of drawers. The bathroom is fully equipped with all personal necessities you may need, as well as a blowdryer, and first aid kit. There is an office with a desk, paper shredder, and other office essentials. The office also has shelving with books, games, drawing pencils, and paper for your enjoyment. The laundry room has a full size washer, dryer & iron with mini ironing board for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with a full size stainless steel refrigerator, gas oven, and microwave. There's also dishes, cutlery, utensils, blender, coffee maker, rolling cart and much more for all of your cooking needs. There is a reclining leather sofa and 43" smart TV in the living room. You will also enjoy a private patio with a large lounge chair and a patio table & chairs. No pets, no smoking, no drugs, no drama. All utilities, Wifi, cable & streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Showtime) included. On demand pay movies not included. Lite housekeeping 2 times per month is also included (floors, kitchen, bathroom, mirrored closet). You will love coming home to your beautiful home away from home.

This is a 630 sf guesthouse with one bedroom & bathroom. There is a separate office, laundry room & a private patio. It is located on a gated property. We provide one off street parking spot. Neighborhood: This neighborhood is very nice. Many of our neighbors have lived here for several years and are very friendly. We even have a neighborhood Facebook page to keep everyone up to date on anything going on on our street. I walk our dog almost every morning and I feel very safe. There is a Ralphs grocery store within walking distance as well as several restaurants.
