Our guest house is a private, detached, 400 square-foot studio located on gated property in a very quiet, residential neighborhood. We offer all the comforts of home with the extra amenities of a hotel. Full kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, microwave and Keurig coffee maker; bathroom has a beautifully tiled, walk-in shower; bedroom has a comfy double bed. Oversized AC/heat system keeps you cool or cozy - depending on the season, and oh so comfortable. Weekly housekeeping adds the hotel/resort feel- clean sheets, towels and a room refresh are all included.
The space
Lake Balboa is a quiet pocket community in the San Fernando Valley, in Los Angeles county. We are close to numerous medical facilities- UCLA Health, Kaiser Permanente, Valley Presbeterian Hospital and many others. Also central to many great parks, restaurants, museums, movie theaters and a little bit of nightlife, we are a great place to come home to.
