Vaulted ceilings and high windows provide lots of light for this fully furnished home. The kitchen is well appointed with full-size appliances and cooking essentials, while the bar top dining table is multifunctional for dining, entertaining, or office space. The living room features a Samsung smart television with streaming services and wi-fi is included in the monthly rental fee. Wi-fi is serviced through Verizon on a dedicated 5G Home Plus plan (150 Mbps download and 10-15 Mbps upload speeds). The bedroom has a queen size foam mattress, room darkening curtains, and a full-size closet. The bathroom includes all linens and a stackable washer and dryer. The loft space is set up as a lounging area, but can be multi-purposed for office and storage room. The guest house, constructed in 2023, is fully detached from the primary house and is accessed via a gated side entrance. Outside seating is available. Landlord is a non-smoker, however smoking is permissible outside the guest house. The yard is shared with the primary house in a unique and eclectic garden hideaway space, including wild rabbits and a chicken coop. One driveway space is included for tenants and there is always ample street parking as well. A separate locked mailbox is available for receipt of postal mail during renter's tenancy. Please note that this is a mid-term rental with a minimum 30-day to maximum 3-month rental term. Please also note that no tenant dogs under any circumstances are allowed on the property due to other animals (dog, chickens, rabbits) currently on premises.

The Hazel Dell neighborhood of Vancouver is on Interstate 5 and convenient to multiple regional hospitals, WSU-Vancouver, and the downtown Vancouver business district.
