This is a room in a ranch style newer home built in 2013. You will share a bathroom with one other person but you will have your own sink. The toilet/shower area has a separate door so you have privacy if someone is at a sink. You have your own refrigerator/freezer in the garage which is just around the corner from your room, as well as kitchen privileges. I'm looking forward to meeting you. I DO require a Keycheck background check for criminal, credit and eviction. You pay for it but if you pass, it comes off your first month's rent.

The space

On the other side of your north bedroom wall is the laundry room. Through the laundry room is the garage where your refrigerator/freezer unit is. Directly across the hall from your room is my mom's room. The bathroom is a separate door to the north of her room and across the hall from the laundry room. Neighborhood: Quiet neighborhood, still countryish with no sidewalks. 10 Minutes from Legacy Hospital in Salmon Creek. Mt. St Helens is visible from 119th Street if you go a few blocks east.
