This studio was built 10 years ago, it is 500 sq ft with 30 ft high ceilings giving the space a much larger feel. It is furnished and comes with a full kitchen. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and a private entrance from the alley way. It is on the property of the home owners but it is a separate unit. There is a side yard with lounge furniture, a private roof top area with furniture which the home owners do not use when renters are in the studio, and the back patio where you can either park your car or have the garage door open to let air into the studio (see photos). We are quiet people and like to rent to quiet people as well. We are right by the walk streets of Venice and a short walk to Abbot Kinney. We are about a 15 minute walk from Venice Boardwalk and a short drive to all the beaches, South and North of Venice. We work at home and so we do ask that any tenant is quiet during the day as we are.

The space

The space feels large due to the high ceiling and enormous garage door which fully opens giving you a breeze and an indoor outdoor experience. The garage door opens to a private patio. Recently the studio was freshly repainted, the shelving over the washer dryer was replaced with quartz counter tops as was the kitchen. The bathroom was tiled and a new shower door put in. We work hard to keep this space fresh, clean and inviting.
